Such contracts do not just exist between Consultant and Employer, but also between Consultant and Contractor where the two parties may be engaged in a design and build relationship.

Our programming and scheduling expertise also allows us to assist consultants monitor contractorsí progress, analyse and manage the effect of change and review and analyse entitlements to an extension of time in an objective and independent manner.
