Tim joined MBM in 2000 shortly after the company was founded. Tim has overall responsibility for planning and delay analysis within MBM as well as providing Expert Witness Services.

Tim specialises in giving advice on project delays, extensions of time and disruption matters both in the preparation of claims and defence. He has also represented both referring and responding parties in numerous adjudications as well as providing expert witness services. Tim also advises clients on project planning and has assisted a number of clients in preparing programmes for acceptance under the ECC form of contract together with tender and contract programmes under JCT forms of contract.

Jonathan BowcottLine

Jonathan founded MBM with Michael Mulvey in 1999. Since then he has overseen MBM's growth and development to the current market position.

Jonathan has successfully represented parties in adjudication proceedings preparing numerous Notices, Referrals and Response documents. Specific projects experience includes the Jubilee Line Extension Project, Portcullis House, Scottish Parliament Building, Charlton Athletic Football Ground and the Channel Tunnel Rail Link.

Jonathan has also written a number of articles for eminent trade publications including Construction News and Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors Construction Law Review. Jonathan is also event co-ordinator for the Kent brach of the SCL.

Michael founded MBM with Jonathan Bowcott in 1999.

Michael now runs MBM Ireland having relocated to Ireland in 2005. Since setting up MBM Ireland Ltd, Michael has been involved in some of the flagship infrastructural projects in Ireland including the M3 and M7 motorways, the Dublin Port Tunnel, the Limerick Main Drainage project and the Dublin City Council Water Treatment Stage 3 regeneration.

TECHNICAL SERVICES DIRECTOR

Phil joined MBM in 2005 having worked for both client side organisations and contractors on a range of projects. In 2010 Phil was promted to Technical Service Director within MBM responsible for commercial services.

Since joining MBM Phil has advised assisted a number of clients commercially working under a range of contracts including NEC3. Phil uses his considerable technical knowlege and contractual insight to maximise return for his clients.
